The only track on the album recorded in the south of Sth America. Patagonia was subject to the most persistent gales that I have ever experienced, a constant wailing blast that blows dust and tumbles dried up weeds across the tundra like desert.
I recorded an entire album (forthcoming) based on the sounds of these winds and this track features one of these recordings with a second recording from octogenarian Maria Amelia Barca (from Peru) layered underneath.
